Heracles

Know what your training data actually means.

An evidence-aware resistance-training system that turns workout logs into interpretable strength and hypertrophy signals.

Core question

“What is happening in my training?”

Heracles goes deep on one domain. It preserves the underlying training record, then applies explicit, versioned models for performance, effort, movement and muscle relevance — without collapsing everything into a single opaque score.

The model

What Heracles does.

  1. 01

    Live session logging

Persistent workouts with load, repetitions, equipment snapshots, reps in reserve and offline autosave.

  2. 02

    Four estimates, never averaged

Brzycki and Epley, on observed reps and on reps plus reported RIR. The spread is shown as a spread.

  3. 03

    An explicit muscle model

138 exercises × 40 movement patterns × 40 muscles, rolled up into 13 readable groups — every coefficient public.

  4. 04

    Documented assumptions

An in-app literature hub records the study-selection protocol, the taxonomy, its limitations and what Heracles refuses to calculate.

Family context

One layer of a larger system.

Heracles observes and interprets one domain. It stays useful on its own, and exchanges outputs with the rest of the family through explicit contracts.
